Tasks

  • Lead the Global Brand Team for brand strategy and global execution
  • Chair the Global Product Team for strategic oversight and coordination
  • Develop commercial ambition and strategies for short, mid, and long term
  • Champion the brand in senior management presentations
  • Partner with Global Medical and HEVA on scientific key message platform
  • Contribute to scientific communications planning and publication strategy
  • Collaborate with Global Market Research for launch foundation insights
  • Develop Therapeutic Area Strategy Narrative with New Product Planning
  • Support brand Life Cycle Management for future indications
  • Create and align the organization to a clear brand strategy and narrative
  • Lead launch business cases and market shaping plans with Wave 1 markets
  • Work with countries and Medical Affairs to execute and measure launch plans
  • Incorporate WAYRILZ strategies with Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities
  • Prepare for launch with high-quality, precise execution
  • Develop multichannel strategy for go-to-market and omnichannel rollout
  • Achieve sales, profit, and market share within agreed budgets
  • Monitor and review business performance and management actions
  • Manage budget for highest impact opportunities
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build a best-in-class marketing team with an inclusive environment
  • Inspire and motivate marketing, country, and functional teams
