Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA, MS or PhD in life science preferred)
- 10+ years extensive, diverse pharmaceutical industry experience (various functions, US/key markets, Dermatology Immunology, therapeutic areas, stakeholder knowledge)
- Leadership and brand/portfolio management experience in US/key markets
- Global brand management experience
- Strong launch and pre-launch product experience in US/key markets
- Strong P&L management credibility
- Cross-functional enterprise leadership
- Strong decision-making capacity with internal stakeholders
- Stakeholder engagement (advocacy, negotiation, value driving from partnerships)
- Collaborative work in matrixed environment with cross-functional partners
- Adaptability to fast-paced environment and changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication skills
- English fluency
- Valid passport and international travel ability

Tasks
- Lead assets from PoCC to launch.
- Develop disease area strategies.
- Create co-positioning narratives for assets.
- Oversee market development and shaping strategies.
- Oversee pre-launch and launch plans for assets.
- Partner with Wave 1 countries on launch plans.
- Partner with Global Brand Teams on launch plans.
- Direct institutional learning around assets.
- Direct market shaping in new disease areas.
- Commission rapid and appropriate insights work.
- Connect with KOLs and patient advocacy groups.
- Create launch preparedness for successful launches.
- Ensure rigorous launch readiness management.
- Lead launch readiness reviews with senior management.
- Update senior management on launch progress.
- Communicate launch barriers and opportunities.
- Own the global P&L.
- Oversee strategic and financial planning for brands.
- Develop sales and expense forecasts.
- Lead vision and strategy for launch brands.
- Provide strategic leadership to Global Brand Teams.
- Oversee dermatology brand activities (value, access, patient advocacy, medical, commercial).
- Collaborate with US and key markets.
- Support Wave 2+ country launches.
- Partner with global project and NPP teams.
- Provide commercial direction on pipeline planning.
- Provide commercial direction on product development strategy.
- Support program teams during governance processes (TARC, DWG, IDCC).
- Provide TA business leadership within the franchise.
- Provide TA business leadership within R&D committees.
- Provide TA business leadership within investment committees.
- Understand and communicate regulatory approval requirements.
- Understand and communicate market access requirements (pricing, reimbursement).
- Understand and communicate market differentiation requirements.
