Requirements
- Master’s degree in science, health economics, business analytics, or public health; PhD preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in pharma/biotech with a focus on launching innovative biologics and/or biosimilars in global or regional market access role
- Strong scientific knowledge of oncology therapeutic area and treatments
- Proven success in developing global access strategies and launch plans
- Experience with pricing governance, reimbursement submissions, and patient access programs
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Tasks
- Lead global Market Access and Pricing Strategy for biologics and biosimilars
- Develop local access strategies with regional and country teams
- Drive strategic price positioning for new product evaluations
- Act as a center of expertise for biologics and biosimilars in oncology
- Create resources for pre-launch and launch activities
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for launch excellence
- Partner with market access centers of excellence for evidence generation
- Ensure pricing governance aligns with access and brand strategy
- Develop innovative solutions like value-based agreements and patient access programs
- Build relationships with global payer bodies and policy influencers
- Drive training and capability-building for market access teams
