Requirements
- •University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Occupational Health and Safety, HSE or related field
- •8+ years' experience in HSE roles
- •Proven experience in auditing, risk assessment, management systems, process improvement, MOC and incident investigation
- •Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cultural change
- •Fluency in English; other languages advantageous
- •Trained and experienced on ISO 19011, 45001, 14001; experience on ISO 50001 and 9001 convenient
- •Competence on international HSE legislation

- •Create the BUTR Internal HSE Assessment Program
- •Roll out the assessment program across the BU
- •Establish a network to support the assessment process
- •Conduct compliance assessments and inspections across operational areas
- •Report findings accurately and ensure timely corrective actions
- •Assess and improve BUTR HSE Management Systems
- •Integrate Internal HSE Assessment Program outputs into other BU HSE Programs
- •Adopt a practical approach to problem-solving
- •Maintain close collaboration with BUTR Units
- •Facilitate understanding of demands following assessments
