Requirements
- Advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, Law or Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications
- Swiss Certified Tax Expert (Dipl. Steuerexperte) qualification
- Minimum 15 years progressive tax experience, with 5 years senior leadership
- In-depth knowledge of international tax laws, OECD frameworks (BEPS), transfer pricing, global tax planning
- Experience implementing tax structures for cross-border operations, business restructurings, M&A
- Expertise in direct/indirect tax, tax accounting, tax compliance, reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop large, culturally diverse teams
- Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional business leaders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey complex tax concepts to non-specialist audiences

- Oversee and review consolidated tax provisions
