- •10+ years of healthcare experience
- •Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- •8+ years of experience in healthcare reform and external factors
- •Biosimilars and Generics pricing strategy experience
- •10+ years of market access experience
- •Proven ability to represent market access functions
- •Minimum 4 years+ experience in managing global/regional pricing teams
- •Direct experience in international reference pricing, biosimilars pricing and pricing policy
- •Proven experience in corporate finance
- •Demonstrated experience in strategic roles and leadership
- •Strong understanding of global healthcare markets
- •Experience leading high performance teams
- •Passion to develop others
- •Cultural awareness and agility in cross-cultural differences

- •Communicate pricing guidance and governance to stakeholders
- •Lead the development of pricing systems with integrated data
- •Embed Pricing Excellence at local, regional, and global levels

- •Serve as a global pricing expert and monitor critical developments
