Tasks

• Drive architectural design quality across the global sites network
• Provide guidance on 'Our Spaces' built environment standards
• Ensure workplace consistency with Roche Corporate Identity
• Liaise with local architects as a global brand ambassador
• Oversee architectural scope from design through realization
• Manage global interior fit-out projects
• Assess and select architectural consultants and contractors
• Seek consultant endorsement from the Corporate Architect
• Support project managers with design timelines and resources
• Review phase deliverables for quality and guideline alignment
• Provide direction on global signage and corporate identity
• Offer local guidance according to site Master Plans
• Partner with engineering to drive sustainable construction
• Promote decarbonization and circularity in building projects
• Translate business needs into tangible project scopes
• Align user requirements with workplace and laboratory governance
