  • Energetic, empathetic professional for fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated, able to work with ambiguity and tight deadlines
  • Team-oriented; able to build strong relationships in a matrixed environment
  • Process-oriented with structured, agile approach to managing complex projects

  • Coordinate global and regional recognition programs
  • Support communication for Total Rewards and benefits
  • Coordinate GateAwards program logistics and communication
  • Deliver HR campaigns for deskless/frontline teams
  • Integrate DEI messaging into internal communications
  • Source and prepare employee stories
  • Coordinate global employee survey process
  • Support virtual and in-person listening activities
