  • Video editing or HTML skills (asset)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex information
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; mother-tongue English preferred
  • Energetic, empathetic professional for fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated, able to work with ambiguity and tight deadlines
  • Team-oriented; able to build strong relationships in a matrixed environment
  • Process-oriented with structured, agile approach to managing complex projects

Tasks

  • Support global engagement and culture initiatives
  • Implement global concepts with local relevance
  • Coordinate day-to-day engagement activities
  • Support HR teams with employee communication
  • Assist in delivering programs for connection and recognition
  • Promote GateAcademy learning initiatives
  • Translate people topics into employee-friendly content
  • Adapt global engagement activities for cultural relevance
  • Coordinate global and regional recognition programs
  • Support communication for Total Rewards and benefits
  • Coordinate GateAwards program logistics and communication
  • Deliver HR campaigns for deskless/frontline teams
  • Integrate DEI messaging into internal communications
  • Source and prepare employee stories
  • Coordinate global employee survey process
  • Support virtual and in-person listening activities
