- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Communication, or related field
- •At least 6 years of experience in brand design, creative development, or campaign management
- •Proven experience in developing and producing global brand campaigns
- •Strong sense of visual storytelling, design systems, and brand identity management
- •Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- •Experience managing multi-market campaigns and global-local asset rollouts
- •Knowledge of packaging design, shopper marketing, and digital creative production
- •Passion for creativity, design culture, and continuous innovation
- •Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, international environment
