- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- English on negotiation level
Tasks
- Lead and coach GIS maintenance sales specialists
- Conduct one-on-one feedback and development meetings
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Implement strategies to increase market penetration
- Coordinate and pursue quotations and tenders
- Provide technical and commercial clarifications during negotiations
- Manage order handovers to the management team
- Develop and standardize sales tools like CPQ
- Improve end-to-end sales process efficiency
- Monitor sales pipelines and forecast results
- Report performance and market intelligence to management
- Develop and launch innovative GIS service solutions
- Align sales efforts with internal company functions
- Build trust with the LSU sales team
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
