- Manage legal risk and mitigation practices
- Uphold ABB’s core values and ethical principles
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards
- Design an effective organizational structure
- Build and develop global teams
- Implement transformational change initiatives
- Ensure teams are staffed and skilled
- Develop collaborative stakeholder relationships
