Requirements
- •Commercial or technical education/background
- •Fluent knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP advantageous
- •Team-player with high sense of responsibility
- •Ease of gaining customer's trust and meeting expectations
- •Fluent in English, German is a plus
- •Project management certification (e.g., PMI) advantageous

Tasks
- •Input customer orders into the order management system
- •Prepare and send order confirmations and commercial contracts
- •Track the status of customer orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- •Inform customers of any deviations from the current plan
- •Coordinate with the export team to ensure timely deliveries
- •Follow up on payment status with customers to minimize overdue accounts
- •Organize and supervise factory acceptance tests with client participation
- •Collaborate with other teams to address customer requirements and improve processes
- •Prepare and analyze performance data for management
