- Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, pairing sessions, and internal documentation
- Address cross-cutting concerns like shared libraries, design system consistency, testing strategy, and CI/CD improvements
- Stay close to the product and users, translating insights into solid and user-friendly frontend solutions
