Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Qualified Accountant and/or Business Degree
  • •MBA highly preferred
  • •Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
  • •Previous Controlling experience
  • •Experience within a high growth environment
  • •Experience in business systems implementation
  • •Exposure in control and financial matters within a manufacturing environment
  • •Ability to transform extensive data into insights via a Business Intelligence tool
  • •Very good communication skills

  • •Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP exposure

Tasks

  • •Conduct detailed financial analyses
  • •Participate in budgeting and forecasting
  • •Provide insights for strategic decisions
  • •Collaborate with departments to understand financial needs
  • •Support preparation of weekly outlook and budgets
  • •Prepare financial forecasts and track performance against targets
  • •Create regular and ad-hoc financial reports
  • •Analyze deviations from budgets and forecasts
  • •Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • •Build financial models for scenario evaluation
  • •Collaborate with business leaders on strategic initiatives
  • •Provide financial analysis for project and investment decisions
  • •Track KPIs and develop action plans for improvement
  • •Identify and assess financial risks
  • •Develop mitigation strategies for financial risks
  • •Collaborate with finance back-office functions for regulatory support
