Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial management
- Senior audit position or Big 4 firm experience, or Start-up/Scale-up experience
- Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related field (bachelor’s or master’s)
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial statements, and tax regulations
- Experience with Excel, Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, Oracle, or SAGE
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
Tasks
- Prepare and control financial planning
- Budget and forecast across departments and product lines
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Report financial information to support strategic decisions
- Oversee internal control systems
- Ensure compliance with regulations and tax obligations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial reporting
- Manage cash flow and cost control
- Conduct ad-hoc financial risk assessments
- Optimize ERP and accounting tools
- Analyze and report financial variances
- Provide insights into financial performance
- Contribute to business planning and strategic initiatives
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems
