Requirements
- 3+ years FP&A, controlling, corporate finance, or similar analytical finance role
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Excel and financial reporting tools proficiency
- ERP systems and data analysis experience
- Budgeting, variance analysis, cost tracking, performance reporting understanding
- Owning and improving recurring processes
- Solid English communication skills
- Project-based cost control, inventory analysis, or production finance exposure
- Experience supporting scale-up or high-growth businesses
- Thrives in fast-paced, shifting priorities environment
- Analytical, structured, and curious mindset
- Proactive in digging deeper, challenging assumptions, and bringing clarity
- Comfortable working with autonomy and taking ownership
- Ability to turn complexity into simple, actionable insights
- Cares about precision and the bigger picture
- Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams
Tasks
- Build and maintain financial models
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Track performance against budget and forecast
- Explain variances and identify drivers of results
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Provide analysis for strategic decisions
- Monitor cost structures, margins, and spending trends
- Flag risks and opportunities to senior leads
- Partner with teams to align financial insight
- Prepare management reports and dashboards
- Present complex data clearly
- Support business cases for investments and initiatives
- Handle ad hoc analysis requests
- Reconcile data for accuracy
- Improve planning processes and reporting accuracy
- Enhance financial visibility across the organization
