Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Strategy, M&A, or similar areas
- Experience in market and competition analysis, sales processes, customer experience processes, product development processes, and digitization trends
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and IPT
- Ability to take over end-to-end responsibility for tasks with a hands-on mentality and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Strong analytical skills to translate financial metrics into digestible information for management
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior leadership
Tasks
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the business
- Deliver actionable financial insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence
- Optimize financial performance across business units
- Ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting
- Explain NFI and MRC actuals by product drivers
- Incorporate insights into rolling forecasts and budgets
- Assess scalability and annualization of driver effects
- Evaluate planning inputs for correctness and value
- Identify risks and opportunities from deviation analysis
- Size mitigation measures to meet company targets
- Collaborate with business units on performance drivers
- Formulate a base evolution story for total company results
- Interpret individual driver results in the context of the company P&L
- Define and calculate KPIs for consistent reporting
- Understand differences between internal and external reports
- Own and maintain planning tools and data quality from Qliksense, SAP, and IPT
