Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Experience at Big 4 auditing/accounting firm (plus)
- Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting software proficiency
- Workday experience (plus)
- Strong financial processes and multi-entity reporting knowledge
- Interest in digital assets
- Prior digital assets knowledge (advantage)
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Self-driven, proactive, independent work capability
Tasks
- Manage daily accounting tasks for entities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
- Oversee and prepare financial reports for global entities
- Oversee and prepare management reports for global entities
- Support month-end invoice booking
- Support month-end payroll processes
- Support month-end payments
- Support month-end reconciliations
- Support month-end cost allocations
- Support month-end bookkeeping
- Support preparation for financial audits
- Oversee financial audit processes
- Prepare yearly tax submissions for geographies
- Support financial reporting for external stakeholders
- Assist in budgeting
- Assist in financial forecasting
- Drive process improvements through automation
