Field Service Technician(m/w/x)

Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will engage directly with customers to commission and maintain cryogenic pumps, ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role also involves producing insightful reports and supporting service sales while collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

• •Degree from an engineering school specializing in industrial maintenance, industrial control, or mechanics
• •Solid experience in maintenance, particularly in mechanics, instrumentation, electrical engineering, or general industrial electricity
• •Experience with rotary equipment and/or industrial pumps
• •Familiarity with cryogenic pumps
• •Strong command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
• •Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 120 days per year
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• •Flexibility and adaptability due to frequent travel and customer-specific requirements
• •Pragmatism, independence, and capability of handling situations autonomously in the field
• •Professionalism, rigor, and interpersonal skills during customer visits

Tasks

• •Intervene at customer sites for commissioning, diagnosis, and maintenance of cryogenic pumps
• •Maintain and repair installations at customer sites in compliance with safety regulations
• •Provide remote customer support and service sales support when not traveling
• •Produce detailed and accurate reports following interventions and audits
• •Collaborate with various departments within the company
