Tasks

  • Install and test the Picarro system for enterprise customers.
  • Respond to technical support requests and questions.
  • Diagnose the system through remote diagnosis and debugging.
  • Fix hardware and software issues and organize part replacements.
  • Manage spare inventory and logistics activities.
  • Support on-site customer projects.
  • Address field questions with detailed technical answers.
  • Log customer issues and track their resolutions.
  • Perform quality control and maintain processes and procedures.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Create data deliverables such as reports and dashboards.
  • Provide customer support during evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Prepare technical documentation and procedures.
  • Train Support Level 1 and Support Level 2 staff.
  • Manage periodic maintenance of Picarro systems.
