- Coordinate and implement learning programs and materials
- Prepare and facilitate training sessions for collections and onboarding
- Adapt global and regional learning strategies to boutique needs
- Gather and communicate feedback from boutiques
- Define and implement a learning plan with Sales Managers
- Organize and maintain a learning calendar
- Contribute to action plans for improving client experience
- Ensure development of strategic topics
- Report on activity to Boutique Management and Regional Learning Team
- Deliver learning sessions in boutiques
- Promote digital tools for learning
- Engage boutique expertise to co-facilitate learning sessions
- Support integration of new team members
- Assess skills acquired during training
- Provide on-the-floor support and coaching sessions
