Requirements

- Strong knowledge of surrounding area and related information preferred
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Tasks
- Deliver best-in-class customer service
- Ensure cleaning, pest control, and mail services
- Manage light duty maintenance and food services
- Oversee reception and security services
- Maintain relationships with T2 suppliers
- Ensure specifications, SOWs, and SLAs are followed
- Train and coach team members
- Monitor and appraise team performance
- Coordinate daily team activities
- Establish work schedules
- Assign tasks
- Cross-train staff
- Serve as point of contact for escalated communications
- Ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood
- Inspect common area equipment
- Arrange regular equipment maintenance
- Design cleaning and disinfection schedules
- Review work order reports
- Create and present performance reports
- Suggest efficiency improvements
- Conduct market research
- Evaluate new vendors
- Track regular and ad-hoc expenses
- Manage the budget
- Negotiate contracts
- Contribute to forecasting and budget preparation
- Analyze cost savings and variances
- Evaluate T2 suppliers’ performance
- Participate in supplier meetings
- Analyze performance gaps and overlaps
- Provide feedback to suppliers
- Deliver monthly reports
- Analyze trends and results
- Resolve complex problems
- Identify solutions to team objectives
