- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or comparable field
- Experience in building management and technical systems
- Solid financial knowledge and budget planning
- Experience with service providers and contract management

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Tasks
- Maintain utilities and classified production environments
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate catering, security, and cleaning services
- Monitor internal teams and external service providers
- Manage site service budgets
- Lead and develop teams of 2–10 employees
- Provide coaching and support career growth
- Act as the primary contact for business units
- Translate business needs into workplace solutions
- Support space planning and cost allocation
- Oversee capital and infrastructure projects
- Lead small-scale projects and office moves
- Develop reliability programs for critical building systems
- Represent the facilities department during audits
- Lead site-level safety initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and benchmarking
Education
- Bachelor's degree
