Tasks
- Provide SD/O2C/OM expertise in Supply Chain Design Panel sessions
- Act as global SAP SD process expert for order capture, pricing, credit, delivery, shipment, invoicing, returns/claims, and intercompany flows
- Define and enforce system process standards and configuration guardrails
- Steward and maintain the global SAP SD template
- Analyze and document current and target system processes
- Identify configuration gaps, root causes, and optimization opportunities
- Translate system requirements into functional designs
- Collaborate with IT for solutioning, testing, and deployment
- Lead and approve functional specifications, test scripts, and results
- Manage integration and UAT cycles
- Oversee creation and maintenance of SAP SD system objects
- Ensure fit-to-standard approaches with thorough technical documentation
- Manage SAP authorization concepts for SD
- Design roles and ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain audit readiness
- Collaborate with Corporate Compliance, IT Security, and Risk Management
- Ensure alignment with system policies, controls, and compliance frameworks
