- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange
- Identify and track synergies across the FSD portfolio
- Assist in FSD-related M&A workstreams
- Analyze data and prepare due diligence materials
- Contribute analytical input for financial models
- Support post-merger integration activities
- Coordinate tasks and track progress
- Analyze processes for digital transformation
- Improve tools and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate communication between FSD companies and METRO functions
- Prepare project updates and presentations
