Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Economics, or related field
- 6+ years experience in hospital economics or business development
- Expertise in German hospital CAPEX funding applications
- Knowledge of German hospital financing and investment frameworks
- Experience influencing hospital executive leadership and stakeholders
- Understanding of clinical pathways and RAS technologies
- Analytical, project management, and data visualization skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Tasks
- Develop and execute health-economic strategies for robotic surgery investments
- Map and evaluate public and private funding sources
- Screen regional, national, EU, and foundation-based funding
- Prepare executive dossiers and investment briefs for C-level leaders
- Provide CAPEX investment planning and ROI guidance
- Support RAS program initiation and expansion
- Translate clinical evidence into value arguments for CFOs
- Analyze hospital financial structures and strategic needs
- Evaluate German hospital reform impact on investment timing
- Deliver tailored medico-economic consultancy on RAS value
- Present and defend funding recommendations to C-level audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tender, and GAVE teams
- Align funding approaches with Governmental Affairs and Data Analytics
- Develop consultancy talk tracks and medico-economic tools
- Apply knowledge of DRG reimbursement and hospital cost structures
- Inform stakeholders about reliable funding justifications
- Use structured analytics to strengthen ROI and efficiency arguments
- Engage with funding authorities and medical device associations
- Collaborate with policymakers to clarify funding pathways
