Requirements

  • •Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or related field
  • •5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, events, or customer experience
  • •Proven track record in premium automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or high-end retail environments
  • •Strong expertise in event design and production, project management, agency leadership, and budget ownership
  • •Solid understanding of premium brand standards, European market dynamics, retail experience design, and GDPR-compliant data capture
  • •Analytical mindset with experience measuring brand lift, NPS, conversion, and ROI
  • •Fluency in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
  • •Hands-on, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and strong hospitality mindset

Tasks

  • •Define and deliver the European experiential roadmap
  • •Lead concept development and production for flagship events
  • •Execute launches, test drive programs, pop-ups, and VIP experiences
  • •Design and enhance experiential elements across various touchpoints
  • •Select and manage agencies and suppliers
  • •Negotiate commercial terms and oversee delivery quality
  • •Collaborate with PR, Digital, CRM, Product, Sales, and Global Creative
  • •Define KPIs and capture customer feedback and engagement data
  • •Measure ROI and optimize concepts and formats
  • •Manage budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
  • •Ensure GDPR-compliant data capture and legal alignment
  • •Develop playbooks, toolkits, and training for consistent execution
