Requirements
- •Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, events, or customer experience
- •Proven track record in premium automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or high-end retail environments
- •Strong expertise in event design and production, project management, agency leadership, and budget ownership
- •Solid understanding of premium brand standards, European market dynamics, retail experience design, and GDPR-compliant data capture
- •Analytical mindset with experience measuring brand lift, NPS, conversion, and ROI
- •Fluency in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
- •Hands-on, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and strong hospitality mindset

- •Define and deliver the European experiential roadmap
- •Lead concept development and production for flagship events
- •Execute launches, test drive programs, pop-ups, and VIP experiences
- •Design and enhance experiential elements across various touchpoints
- •Select and manage agencies and suppliers
- •Negotiate commercial terms and oversee delivery quality
- •Collaborate with PR, Digital, CRM, Product, Sales, and Global Creative
- •Define KPIs and capture customer feedback and engagement data
- •Measure ROI and optimize concepts and formats
- •Manage budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
- •Ensure GDPR-compliant data capture and legal alignment
- •Develop playbooks, toolkits, and training for consistent execution
