Requirements

Master in computer science, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, geoinformatics, or related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development or software design/architecture
Interest in flight simulators, visualisation technology, software development, and integration

Agile Development Methodologies desired
Analytical and structured thinking

Experience with Development and Maintenance of DevOps/CI/CD solutions would be a plus
Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities

Tasks

Derive system requirements from operational needs
Design architecture for simulator visualization solutions
Evaluate and integrate visualization solutions
Develop in-house visual interface using C++
Integrate GIS and 3D data processing tools
Create and maintain a visual database toolchain
Perform automated and manual subsystem tests
Develop tools to enhance development processes
Integrate components with simulator systems
Document software modules
