- Onboard customers to ensure effective solution adoption
- Provide expert support for debugging complex design issues
- Offer guidance on technology selection and architecture definition
- Address customer requests regarding Performance, Power, and Area
- Support customer tapeouts to ensure technical success
- Mentor and train junior engineers within the team
