- Organize transportation for senior leaders and board members
- Ensure comfortable, safe, and timely transportation for executives
- Handle general travel assignments, including outside regular hours
- Ensure assigned vehicles are operationally ready at all times
- Manage the company’s fleet
- Handle contracts and agreements with external providers
