- Valid Swiss driving license
- Previous experience in face-to-face interactions (sales or B2B)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales or CFC with relevant experience
- Fluent English and Swiss German
- French/Italian knowledge is a plus
- Structured and organized execution of projects
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Efficient remote work capability
- Excellent oral and written communication

Tasks
- Develop external retail partnerships in Swiss German region
- Support partnerships across festivals, fairs, and HoReCa
- Prospect for new partnership opportunities
- Manage negotiations within budget frameworks
- Establish long-term collaborations
- Coordinate activation execution with external agencies
- Supervise activations to ensure operational excellence
- Scout new locations for D2C activations
- Support deployment of consumer experience activations
- Ensure quality of experience during activations
- Report observations and propose improvements
- Manage administrative follow-up and POs
- Monitor performance and facilitate data reporting
- Contribute innovative ideas and improvements
- Collaborate with trade, digital, and CX teams
