  • Complex virtual/hybrid event delivery track record
  • Eye for audience experience and production quality
  • Practical understanding of sustainable event management
  • Comfortable partnering with senior executives
  • Comfortable partnering with diverse stakeholders (international)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent German communication skills
  • Clear briefing, advising, and presentation skills
  • Strong network of event, AV/broadcast, multimedia partners
  • Best practice experience for state of the art creative productions
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills

Tasks

  • Lead Group Events daily, reporting to the Head of Events
  • Guide event delivery across live, hybrid, and digital formats
  • Coach and direct the events team
  • Plan and execute internal and external events end-to-end
  • Shape event concepts with stakeholders
  • Build run-of-show plans
  • Serve as the main point of contact for events
  • Enhance audience experience and production quality
  • Innovate event formats, flow, and digital storytelling
  • Embed sustainable event practices
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and agencies for large productions
  • Manage partners, budgets, timelines, and the events calendar
  • Brief and steer external suppliers and production partners
  • Deliver complex events including livestreams and webcasts
  • Support attendee journeys and speaker coordination
  • Manage venues, suppliers, contracts, and on-site logistics
  • Maintain stakeholder alignment through clear communication
  • Report on event status and outcomes
  • Capture and apply learnings for continuous improvement
  • Manage event technology and tools (e.g., Cvent, Global ME database)
  • Work with colleagues and vendors on registration, event apps, and production workflows
