Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Eventmanagement, Marketing und Kundenkommunikation
  • Organisationstalent, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist
  • Gespür für hochwertige Events und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation (Private Banking)
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-, Mailing-, Eventmanagement- und Bildbearbeitungstools
  • Teamfähigkeit, hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an Zusammenarbeit
  • Kenntnisse von Bank- und Finanzthemen sowie Private Banking von Vorteil

  • Kundeneinladungen organisieren
  • Eventkommunikation entlang der Customer Journey erstellen und umsetzen
  • Events analysieren und nachbereiten
  • Optimierungsmaßnahmen ableiten
  • Konsistenten Markenauftritt und hochwertige Customer Experience sicherstellen
  • Marketing-, Content- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen unterstützen
