  • •Deep understanding of Ethics & Compliance program challenges
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills
  • •Fluency in German and English (C1/C2)

  • •Listen to prospective customers to understand their challenges
  • •Advise on designing practical solutions using the Ethics & Compliance platform
  • •Demonstrate how technology simplifies and enhances compliance programs
  • •Improve reporting and embed values into organizational culture
  • •Manage risks more effectively for clients
  • •Share insights with product and strategy teams to inform tool development
  • •Ensure successful onboarding for new customers
  • •Lead discovery conversations to identify customer needs
  • •Deliver tailored product demonstrations for specific use cases
  • •Collaborate with Sales to shape deal strategies and address technical barriers
  • •Respond to RFPs with clarity and precision
  • •Provide feedback to Product teams to influence roadmap direction
  • •Partner with Marketing on messaging and thought leadership initiatives
  • •Support implementation and customer success teams with effective handoffs
