- 2+ years experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions (plus)
- Experience with P2P or O2C process flows (advantage)
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered ERP automation
- Analyze and understand specific client requirements
- Ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes
- Design scalable and tailored automation solutions
- Align solutions with customer workflows and goals
- Collaborate with engineering to solve technical challenges
- Adapt systems to unique customer processes
- Integrate automation products with existing systems
- Anticipate client needs as a trusted partner
- Surface insights to maximize automation potential
- Partner with sales to design implementation plans
- Drive deep product adoption across client organizations
- Translate customer feedback into long-term product improvements
