Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • Financial crime experience and alignment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Planhat, Hubspot
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Knowledge of AML, financial crime prevention, and EU regulatory frameworks
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Tasks

  • Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Drive product adoption and retention
  • Manage the full customer engagement cycle
  • Identify and manage expansion opportunities
  • Align solutions with clients' business objectives
  • Support clients in understanding product integration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Monitor account health and address risks proactively
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews and performance reports
