Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales role
  • French and/or Dutch language skills
  • Experience selling a technical product to a technical buyer
  • Proven expertise in account planning and prospecting
  • Expertise in navigating and growing a pipeline in existing customer accounts
  • Proficiency in communicating with executive-level contacts
  • Salesforce.com proficiency
  • Written and spoken English at a professional level
  • Solid communication and listening skills
  • Team player interested in achieving company goals
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude

Tasks

  • Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Upsell and cross-sell to exceed revenue targets
  • Document buying criteria and processes for your book of business
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy based on evidence
  • Establish and maintain minimum requirements with customers
  • Onboard customers throughout their journey with SonarSource products
  • Develop relationships with champions in existing accounts
  • Size and quote customer software license needs
  • Negotiate and close upgrades to existing implementations
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, video conference, and in-person meetings
  • Support marketing with account-based customer-focused campaigns
  • Engage in building and sharing sales team best practices
  • Capture and report account and opportunity information in SFDC
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to set daily activities and forecast opportunity pipeline
