Tasks

• •Lead and mentor a squad of 6-8 engineers
• •Deliver monthly SonarQube software releases
• •Build a functional delivery platform for other squads
• •Maintain high engineering and accountability standards
• •Foster a collaborative culture of open feedback
• •Align cross-team feedback for smooth operations
• •Partner with product managers and designers on vision
• •Define squad objectives aligned with company goals
• •Track team sprints and project progress
• •Align squad processes with company delivery expectations
• •Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing and management
• •Recruit and onboard new engineering talent
