- •Align feedback with other teams for smooth operations
- •Partner with product managers and designers to develop a clear vision
- •Ensure the squad defines objectives aligned with company goals
- •Track sprints and progress for the squad
- •Ensure processes align with company expectations
- •Facilitate collaboration with squad stakeholders
- •Partner with the hiring team to recruit talented engineers
- •Improve the hiring process for the team
- •Ensure effective onboarding of new team members
