Requirements

Tasks

• •Lead and manage a team of engineers

• •Ensure the squad defines objectives aligned with company goals
• •Track sprints and progress for the squad
• •Ensure processes align with company expectations
• •Facilitate collaboration with squad stakeholders
• •Partner with the hiring team to recruit talented engineers
• •Improve the hiring process for the team
• •Ensure effective onboarding of new team members
