- 5+ years engineering management experience, building/scaling security teams
- Deep understanding of security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, forensics
- Experience securing complex cloud environments (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of AI/ML security risks, detection, response strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and balancing security with business objectives
- Ability to drive high-impact work, adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

- Operate the threat intelligence program.
- Maintain relationships with external security partners.
