- Triage potential security incidents
- Collaborate with teams during security incidents
- Drive response efforts effectively
- Align team direction with organizational strategic goals
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning exercises
- Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders and partners
- Invest in team members' career growth
- Utilize performance management tools effectively
- Delegate tasks to ensure execution and excellence
- Recruit high-caliber engineers for the team
- Foster a collaborative and productive team culture
