Tasks
- Collaborate with the recruitment outsource provider to align new collaterals with EVPs and company tone
- Manage the career site to ensure it effectively communicates employer value propositions
- Support the Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Associate Director in various projects
- Review and enhance employer value propositions
- Assist in developing a Brand Ambassador Program
- Contribute to the strategic content calendar

- Bachelor's degree
