- •Three years professional laboratory safety experience
- •Fluent English

- •Ensure safety compliance and drive continuous improvement programs
- •Support site EHS programs and policies with subject matter experts
- •Standardize R&D EHS policies across multiple sites
- •Promote employee safety through Kaizen events and meetings
- •Implement workplace EHS requirements and establish safety expectations
- •Coordinate safety awareness guidelines for employees and contractors
- •Recommend improvements to ensure safe work conditions
- •Maintain environmental compliance and the right to operate
- •Conduct job safety analyses of laboratory areas and processes
- •Mitigate chemical, biological, physical, and radioactive hazards
- •Provide compliance advice for hazard prevention and risk control
- •Track and report health and safety metrics
- •Liaise with environmental teams regarding operational compliance
- •Investigate EHS incidents and communicate key learnings
- •Complete regulatory submissions for federal and local requirements
- •Interact with EHS agencies for inspections and advocacy
- •Drive EHS audit programs to ensure regulatory compliance
- •Track corrective actions from audit findings to closure
- •Perform data analysis on safety and compliance results
- •Lead training programs to increase EHS proficiency
- •Maintain required training records per corporate guidelines
- •Manage office ergonomic requests and assessments
- •Lead specialized work streams and safety committees
- •Appraise the organization on performance indicators and adjustments
- •Prioritize and standardize policies with the Mid-Atlantic Hub
