- •Promote employee safety improvement events
- •Implement workplace EHS requirements
- •Establish clear safety expectations
- •Coordinate safety guidelines for contractors
- •Recommend improvements for healthy work conditions
- •Maintain environmental right to operate
- •Conduct job safety analyses of laboratories
- •Mitigate chemical and biological hazards
- •Provide compliance advice for risk control
- •Track and report health metrics
- •Liaise with the environmental team
- •Investigate EHS incidents and near misses
- •Communicate learnings from safety events
- •Complete federal and local regulatory submissions
- •Interact with agencies for inspections
- •Drive the EHS audit program
- •Track corrective actions to closure
- •Perform data analysis of audit results
- •Coordinate EHS proficiency training programs
- •Maintain required training records
- •Manage office ergonomic requests
