Tasks

- Take ownership of editorial strategy
- Define written tone and style
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Position MyGroove as the first choice for learning instruments
- Work closely with the team to refine communication
- Develop and refine editorial direction
- Set clear communication frameworks
- Maintain a user-centered narrative
- Understand and apply tech SEO principles
- Collaborate with the engineering team on SEO
- Define and maintain a coherent tone of voice
- Ensure written communication is approachable and supportive
- Align communication with the digital learning journey
- Create a unified brand voice across user touchpoints
- Optimize content for search engines and answer engines
- Stay updated with industry releases
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
- Embed editorial decisions in the overall product experience
- Refine communication to support user needs and business goals
