DMPK Lead (PBPK Specialist)(m/w/x)

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or relevant subject
• 5+ years professional experience as DMPK Lead
• Experience solving DMPK problems in preclinical development
• Track record delivering regulatory-ready FIH packages collaboratively
• Practical experience setting up automated PBPK workflows
• Practical experience using PBPK for preclinical development
• Practical experience developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages
• Experience authoring and reviewing regulatory documents, ideally oncology
• Advanced knowledge of PK and PKPD modelling
• Experience partnering with Preclinical and Clinical teams
• Experience with biologics, peptides, and new modalities
• Good understanding of machine learning techniques
• Familiarity with Python and KNIME
