Requirements
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or relevant subject
- 5+ years professional experience as DMPK Lead
- Experience solving DMPK problems in preclinical development
- Track record delivering regulatory-ready FIH packages collaboratively
- Practical experience setting up automated PBPK workflows
- Practical experience using PBPK for preclinical development
- Practical experience developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages
- Experience authoring and reviewing regulatory documents, ideally oncology
- Advanced knowledge of PK and PKPD modelling
- Experience partnering with Preclinical and Clinical teams
- Experience with biologics, peptides, and new modalities
- Good understanding of machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with Python and KNIME

- Drive DMPK strategy for drug discovery and development.
- Deliver high-quality clinical candidates.
- Use state-of-the-art computational ADME models.

- Support business with AI/ML Drug Design Platform teams.
- Collaborate to deliver scientific expertise.

- Drive improvements in the AI/ML Platform.
- Apply platform improvements to drug design projects.
- Use PBPK modeling to integrate data.
- Accelerate drug design and preclinical development.
- Define Isomorphic Labs' PBPK strategy.
- Develop fit-for-purpose PBPK models.
- Drive drug design using PBPK models.
- Accelerate preclinical development using PBPK models.
- Design and implement stage-appropriate DMPK strategies.
- Integrate quantitative pharmacology and project strategies.
- Design mechanistic experiments.
- Support project progression with data.
- Integrate DMPK, PD, and toxicological data.
- Extract decision-making information from data.
- Predict dose and safety windows.
- Define Quantitative Pharmacology strategy with Pharmacology Leads.
- Optimize molecule design and formulation with Chemistry Leads.
- Apply physico-chemistry knowledge to design.
- Apply biotransformation knowledge to design.
- Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and methods.
- Increase confidence in human PK prediction.
- Author DMPK sections of regulatory documents.
- Embrace a culture of inclusion.
- Champion continuous professional development.
- Optimize use of Isomorphic Labs' datasets.
- Address fundamental DMPK questions.
- Advance the DMPK field.
