Requirements

  • •PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or relevant subject
  • •3+ years' professional experience as DMPK Lead
  • •Experience developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages
  • •Experience partnering with Preclinical and Clinical teams
  • •In depth knowledge of biotransformation
  • •In depth knowledge of PK modelling
  • •Experience with biologics, peptides and new modalities
  • •Advanced knowledge of PKPD modelling
  • •Good understanding of machine learning techniques
  • •Familiarity with Python and KNIME

  • •Define Quantitative Pharmacology strategies with Pharmacology Leads
  • •Leverage company datasets to solve DMPK questions
  • •Optimize molecule design with Chemistry Leads
  • •Maintain expertise in human PK prediction methods
  • •Author DMPK sections for regulatory documents
  • •Promote inclusion and continuous professional development
