- Demonstrated agility to navigate and find innovative solutions
- Experience of change management through market or organizational transformation projects

Tasks
- Source and design Europe launch excellence initiatives
- Drive and implement growth portfolio strategies in European Markets
- Engage with market stakeholders to foster innovation
- Develop a strong S&O community focused on accountability
- Enhance cross-market collaboration and synergy development
- Support the EUM S&O Lead in defining strategic imperatives
- Monitor success against key priorities
- Collaborate with Worldwide Commercial capabilities as EUM ambassador
- Communicate key strategies and tactics to market stakeholders
- Act as the main contact for EU scale initiatives
- Contribute to or lead European Markets strategic projects
- Drive the strategic planning process aligned with International Growth Strategy
- Remove barriers to knowledge and decision-making
- Support navigation of complex challenges for EMLT
- Interface with Leadership teams to align on strategic priorities
- Drive enterprise initiatives like process simplification and transformation
- Provide impactful recommendations and updates to Europe LT
