Tasks
- Report to VP, Head of Medical Affairs, International
- Partner with Director, Commercial Excellence, International
- Establish and optimize Medical Affairs operations and processes
- Facilitate and coordinate medical planning activities
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of medical CRM
- Contribute to excellence in scientific engagement
- Support successful launch of new therapies in rare genetic diseases
- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning curricula
- Contribute to annual medical planning across brands
- Build close partnership with Commercial Excellence counterpart
- Manage and oversee multiple projects for consistency and efficiency
- Identify and recommend process improvement and innovation opportunities
- Establish and maintain reporting systems and dashboards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to generate insights and shape strategy
- Lead and support core medical processes across brands
- Support management and tracking of the medical budget
- Establish and implement medical information processes and systems
- Lead international Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process
- Implement medical CRM for the International Medical organization
