Tasks

- Manage people-related tasks including hiring and coaching
- Execute all production campaigns in compliance with regulations
- Monitor production costs and provide forecasts for campaigns
- Contribute to budgeting and product cost calculations
- Support overall production management and operational controls
- Act as a point of contact for production planning and assessments
- Conduct routine performance monitoring and reporting
- Facilitate the handover of investment projects to the manufacturing team
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Master's degree
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- German – Basic
